Needs-based education and consulting services for SMEs and vocational schools on how to deal with social challenges. Workforces, vocational students and vocational school teachers practice how to deal confidently with diversity and recognize discriminatory behavior.

Project target

“Vielfältig Brandenburg – Unternehmen mit Verantwortung” supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in dealing with changes in the world of work and with social challenges. The focus is on strengthening basic democratic values and addressing racism, conspiracy theories and right-wing extremism. Workforces and vocational school students as well as vocational school teachers learn to deal confidently with the challenges of dealing with cultural diversity and to recognize discriminatory behavior. The skills learned have a positive impact on the working atmosphere and attractiveness as an employer.

Target group

The project is firmly anchored in Brandenburg’s working world. It is aimed at employers and employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in various sectors, as well as vocational school teachers and students at vocational schools in Brandenburg.

Implementation

We tailor our offerings to the needs of your company. We work closely with employers and employees to develop our training and consulting content. With our in-company and cross-company training programs, we support companies in the following areas, among others:

  • Diversity-oriented personnel/organizational development
  • Addressing the issues of racism, right-wing extremism and conspiracy theories (on-site and online)
  • Strengthening competencies in dealing with stereotypes, prejudices and differences
  • Development and application of operational action strategies in dealing with discrimination
