Workshops and consulting on the design of co-determination structures and a discrimination-sensitive working environment in building services companies - offers for employees, works councils and managers

Project target

“Sauber!” promotes structures of co-determination in companies in cooperation with the Industriegewerkschaft Bauen-Agrar-Umwelt (IG BAU), accompanies the design of a diversity- and discrimination-sensitive working environment, and supports employees in recognizing and countering anti-democratic attitudes, misanthropy and conspiracy narratives.

Target group

Companies in the building cleaning industry. Our offering is also aimed at all other services in and on buildings, such as facility management and security services. We address employees, company representatives, human resources managers, and team and facility managers.

Implementation

  • Workshops and seminars (also as a supplement to regular education and training): Raising awareness on the topics of misanthropy, discrimination and conspiracy narratives; joint development of possible courses of action
  • Training and workshops to strengthen conflict management skills and co-determination in companies
  • Advice for key persons in companies on the structural anchoring of diversity and discrimination sensitivity in companies; case-related referral advice
  • Podcasts on topics of political education and workplace co-determination
