Becoming active together - recognizing racist and right-wing extremist positions in the workplace and standing up against them. Workshops for employee representatives, workforces and vocational schools.
Project target
The project offers educational work and content-based argumentative confrontations with right-wing extremist/racist attitudes for workforce members. The workshops offered aim to reduce susceptibility to anti-democratic positions and enable participating employees to become active themselves against right-wing ideas.
Target group
Employee representatives, trainees and employees from companies in Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt; vocational schools
Implementation
We offer further training and advice, especially for employees and works councils in companies where racist incidents are on the rise.
- Raising awareness of discriminatory, racist and right-wing extremist attitudes and actions
- Pointing out possibilities for action, strengthening for the confrontation with right-wing populist and right-wing extremist attitudes
With the help of the DGB, the project also offers teaching units at vocational schools.
