Project target

Supporting companies in establishing a work culture that is open to diversity and sensitive to discrimination, and in the (further) development of structural company co-design options for a more inclusive and productive work environment.

Target group

Workforces, managers, works council members and other members of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hesse, vocational schools and vocational school teachers in Hesse

Implementation

• Training courses and workshops tailored to the individual needs of the participating companies and staff members, including knowledge and information transfer, reflection exercises, good practice exchange rounds, and the teaching of practical skills.
• During the workshops, participants are sensitized to recognize and counteract discriminatory and racist practices.
• Participants develop an awareness of their own democratic competence and reflect on their own prejudices, values and perceptions.
• Individual counseling for key personnel (managers, works council members, HR managers and others) is also available.

The offers can be made in presence and online format. If required, the premises at beramí in Frankfurt can also be used.
