Support for transport companies in establishing an open corporate culture. Through training and education, the democratic competencies of employees and vocational students as well as an inclusive working environment are strengthened.
Project target
With the project, we support SMEs in the transport sector and their employees in acting in a more democracy-promoting way, enabling participation, and taking a stronger stance against ideologies that threaten democracy. This not only creates an inclusive working environment, but the competent attitude and communication of employees toward passengers and partners also contributes to a positive public perception of the company.
Target group
Personnel managers, works council members, driving personnel, control personnel, technical personnel, trainees of companies in the field of public transport; vocational school students and vocational school teachers in the field of mobility
Implementation
We support transport companies in establishing an open corporate culture. Training and education strengthen employees’ democracy skills. Our topic areas:
- Diversity Management
- Intercultural competencies
- Communication and simple language
- Coping with conflict situations
- Methods for working in a team
- Development of mission statements and corporate culture
- Integration of immigrants into the team
We advise you, determine the needs in your company and design tailor-made seminars and workshops.
