DuViS – Demokratie und Vielfalt in Sachsen

Project target

Together and in a participatory manner, our experienced team members work with the participating employees and trainees on the topics of democracy and co-determination, flight and asylum, everyday racism and conspiracy narratives. The aim is to sensitize employees to these issues and equip them with skills for participatory processes. We strengthen discussion and democracy skills, provide food for thought to reflect on one’s own opinion and space for dialogue and exchange.

Target group

We knit offers for employees, trainees and vocational students in Saxony, including company interest groups, employees interested in interest representation structures, honorary active trade union members, company groups under construction.

Implementation

In the course of the project days we offer, we are committed to diversity in society and actively campaign against misanthropy. We can offer our educational programs both as classroom events in companies and schools and as digital workshops. A choice can be made: Between 90-minute modules, daily or weekly seminars. We currently offer the following project days:

We work closely with other cooperation partners, such as the DGB, the Amadeu Antonio Foundation and the Courage Network in Saxony.
