Training and consulting for care facilities to establish an open and democracy-promoting corporate culture - Customized offers for staff, works councils and management personnel
Project target
We support care facilities by providing advice and training on establishing an open corporate culture that promotes democracy. With low-threshold formats of political education, we strengthen the democratic skills of employees and support the development of a prejudice-free and cosmopolitan working environment. This not only strengthens communication within the team and with residents in need of care and their relatives, but also makes the company more attractive as an employer.
Target group
Nursing staff, nursing assistants, other staff, works council members, personnel departments, management staff and management of nursing facilities
Implementation
We support care companies in establishing an open corporate culture. Through training and education, the democratic competencies of employees are strengthened. Our topics:
