Project target

Sensitization and further training of workforces and vocational school students on the topics of democracy and diversity, combating racism, right-wing extremism, anti-Semitism and conspiracy narratives. Committed young people in the vocational schools work participatively on the design of a training guide. Together with the workforces, company action concepts for “democracy and diversity” are developed and implemented.

• At a kick-off event, we present our offerings to the workforce
• Training on democracy, diversity, racism, right-wing extremism, anti-Semitism, conspiracy narratives
• Together with the workforce: development of a company “action plan for democracy and diversity

Our offer for vocational schools:

• Training and education for students on the project topics
• Together with committed vocational school students: Development of a training guide to address the project topics in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• For vocational school teachers: Possibilities of a target group-oriented treatment of the project topics in the classroom
