Anhalts. (Anhaltspunkt)

Project target

Strengthening democratic skills in small and medium-sized enterprises and vocational schools in the districts of Anhalt-Bitterfeld and Wittenberg and the independent city of Dessau-Roßlau. With training courses for companies and vocational schools, we support the teaching of democratic attitudes and values, such as diversity, tolerance, cosmopolitanism and respectful teamwork. The goal is also the joint development and anchoring of democratic values in the mission statements of the participating companies.

Target group

Employees at all levels of small and medium-sized enterprises, vocational school students and vocational school teachers in Saxony-Anhalt

Implementation

Individually adapted workshops, trainings, talks and consultations on topics such as:

• Teaching democratic values such as tolerance, respect and solidarity
• Promotion of conflict resolution skills
• Promotion of participation skills, dialog skills and critical thinking skills
• Support in the development and expansion of internal concepts to promote dialog and diverse cooperation
• Accompaniment and support in internal team-building processes and conflicts within the workforce
